Acceptable, but some issues encountered
odd policywarm room
I found the pre-authorization policy odd. They pre-authorized €100 for incidentals. I chose to pay for the room outright, yet the pre-authorization remained. It seemed unnecessary considering my payment method and length of stay a single night. The room temperature was also a problem. It felt too warm despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat.

questionable payment practices
mandatory holdpoor service
I was really annoyed by their payment policies. they put a hold on my card for the room rate. then they added another hold of €100 for incidentals. This was mandatory. i wanted to pay for the room outright, but they would not let me. i ended up with €200 on hold and then a separate charge for the room. it took days to get the initial holds released. this is not good customer service.

The restaurant offered tasty food. The staff was always smiling, very helpful. The room was NICE and clean. It's great that the airport is not far, less than ten minutes by car.
The hotel wanted a caution of 150€ per night. I have never seen THAT anywhere. The subterranean garage is not so good because it rains inside.

i was delighted by an upgrade to the prestige suite. the room was huge, with a jacuzzi perfect for relaxation. i also found a complimentary mini-bar, a good surprise after a long day. the reception staff showed really good service making my stay so nice.
the subterranean garage had some rain inside. it wasn't a major issue, but worth noting.

i found the shuttle service from the airport very convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at reception. i was pleased with the on-time early morning shuttle to the airport. the dinner at the bar seemed particularly tasty and well-prepared, i enjoyed it.
i noticed the hotel requires a preauthorization for incidentals, it felt a bit high for a short stay.
